Pritam Bagmar has qualified Chartered Accountant in 2012 and started full time practice in Nashik Road. He is fellow Member of ICAI. He has completed Masters in Commerce from Pune University and also qualified course on “Audit of Co- Operative Bank & Co- Operative Society” conducted by ICAI. He is a founder partner of Pritam Bagmar & Co. Chartered Accountants. His Expertise lies in Accounting, Auditing & Compliance related to Income Tax Act and other statutory norms applicable to banking Institutions and other co- operative Societies.
CS. Shital Bagmar
Shital Bagmar is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has also completed B.Com. She has a rich and varied experience spanning across key areas such as corporate laws, legal and secretarial corporate advisory services etc acquired during his career of over three years. Our assurance services include Statutory audit, Tax audit, Special audits and Investigations. Our Assurance assignments are conducted in accordance with the engagement standards issued by the ICAI. Our Audit Methodology is based on the Auditing Standards issued by the ICAI which are converged with the International Auditing Standards.
